What is ETT?

Emotional Triggers Treatment (ETT) is a method developed specifically to help people clear the triggers that cause intense, unwanted negative emotions, such as anger, fear, guilt, shame, etc. Unresolved negative emotions over time can cause PTSD, depression, anxiety, flashbacks, night terrors, issues sleeping, difficulty handling stress, anger issues, guilt/shame, relationship problems, feelings of being “stuck, chronic pain and other physical, mental and emotional outcomes that are undesirable and can make life difficult to manage. The outcome of ETT is to minimize or free individuals from these issues and unwanted feelings.

How long is ETT?

ETT is a short treatment series that takes 2-5 sessions depending on the extent of the issues being faced. The first session is an intake session to gather the client’s specific information and areas to be addressed in the treatment. Once the practitioner has gathered the necessary information, ETT sessions are conducted in a way that is specifically catered to the client’s specific needs. Most clients only require one intake and one ETT session; however, some clients might find that an additional ETT might be beneficial depending on the complexity of issues.
